Phaver team members indicated that there were technical issues with the TGE and Airdrop, resulting in users being unable to claim their rewards in time, which caused FUD; secondly, Phaver paid over $1 million in fees to go live on 5 CEXs; thirdly, due to a sluggish market sentiment, the team did not sell Tokens during the TGE, leading to insufficient operational funds. As a Finnish company, Phaver also has to pay employees 1 to 2 months of severance.
Some former team members are developing SocialDAO to seek new use cases for the SOCIAL Token.
