Deutsche Bank: Consumers prefer to use cash rather than CBDC
BlockBeats news, on September 18th, according to Coindesk, Deutsche Bank surveyed 4,850 consumers in Europe, the UK, and the US in March this year. The survey results show that cash will not disappear quickly. Most respondents said they would prefer to use debit cards or credit cards rather than CBDC, and 44% of respondents said they would prefer to use cash rather than Central Bank Digital Money. Only 16% of respondents believe that CBDC will become mainstream, 31% of people said they prefer to use Cryptocurrency managed by Central Bank or government, and only 21% of people said they would choose to use private Cryptocurrency like BTC (BTC).
