FOX reporter: LTC, XRP, and SOL ETFs may see new developments after Gary Gensler's departure
Odaily Planet Daily News FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett wrote in a post: "Solana ETF also received the participation of SEC staff, but 19b-4 was subsequently rejected. Indeed, this was a few weeks ago when the SEC was still under the leadership of Gary Gensler, who would resign three working days later. It will be interesting to follow the current status/timeline of LTC, XRP, and SOL ETFs." Earlier today, news broke that Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said that Canary Capital has submitted an S-1 amendment for its Litecoin ETF application, which may indicate that the SEC is following the application, although it is not guaranteed. However, Canary Capital has not yet submitted the 19b-4 document, which is a critical step to initiate the approval/rejection process. ETF analyst Eric Balchunas of Bloomberg said, 'We have heard that the S-1 document for the Litecoin ETF has received a response from the SEC, which seems to confirm our prediction that Litecoin is most likely to be the next approved cryptocurrency ETF. However, the new chairman of the US SEC has not taken office yet, so this is still a big variable.'
