Never doubt yourself at any time. Remember, when you can no longer believe in anyone or anything, and you only believe in yourself, congratulations, you have passed the most difficult test. You have learned to uplift yourself, learned to redeem yourself, and you will understand that to love others, you must first love yourself. You can accept all things that go against your wishes and accept all the impermanence of gatherings and separations. When you start to refuse everything that causes you inner conflict, refuse everyone who makes you self-doubt.
