The cryptocurrency company BCP, registered with the FCA in the UK, has launched a GBP stablecoin.

Gate News bot news, the cryptocurrency company BCP Technologies registered in the UK announced today the launch of its tokenized pound (tGBP) stablecoin after 14 months of review in the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory sandbox.

tGBP is now live on BCP Markets under BCP Technologies, available for customers who pass the "KYC" verification. Major exchanges are expected to list tGBP in the coming weeks.

BCP Technologies CEO Benoit Marzouk revealed: "We are finalizing details with two major exchanges and hope to announce this information in the coming weeks."
