Circle completed its IPO at $31 per share, exceeding its expected pricing range of $24-26, raising $1.1 billion and valuing the IPO at $6.2 billion. The IPO was originally planned to issue 24 million shares, but it expanded to more than 34 million shares due to a surge in demand.
