Golden Ten Data reported on June 10 that the supply of spot old process DRAM resources was out of stock and the price increase continued, and storage manufacturers firmly held a rising attitude towards the spot prices of channel memory modules, industry memory modules and LPDDR4X products. Recently, affected by the soaring price of some channel resources, the channel DDR4 memory module has risen the strongest, and the price of some products has increased by more than 30% in just two weeks. The price of low-capacity eMMC has not only doubled since the end of last year, but the price of 16GB/32GB/64GB eMMC has basically been the same.
