Zodia Custody acquisition of UAE Tungsten Custody Solutions to expand its Middle East operations

According to Gate News bot, Zodia Custody, a digital asset custodian service provider, has completed the acquisition of UAE's Tungsten Custody Solutions. Zodia Custody holds an existing license in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and this acquisition will help deepen its layout in the Middle East. Meanwhile, Zodia Custody will continue to advance the full license application process previously submitted by Tungsten to the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
