Odaily News On-chain detective ZachXBT posted on the X platform stating that the stablecoin USDC issued by Circle is being widely used by North Korean IT practitioners for payments, claiming to have discovered related transaction volumes reaching tens of millions of dollars recently. He criticized Circle for not taking any freezing or monitoring measures while claiming to be "Compliance," sarcastically stating, "This is a criminal Supercycle, and no one cares."
