The encryption asset management company CoinShares has obtained a MiCA license across the EU.

[CoinShares], a cryptocurrency asset management company, has obtained a MiCA license across the EU. CoinShares has been awarded the MiCA license by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), becoming the first European asset management company to offer cryptocurrency portfolio management services throughout the EU. This license, combined with its existing MiFID and AIFM qualifications, makes it the only major European encryption asset management institution to simultaneously hold the three major compliance licenses. CoinShares stated that this move will help expand its business across the 27 EU countries and promote the transition of the traditional asset management industry to encryption products.
