Golden HT: Selling 12.2807% equity of Silver Shield Cloud Company, transfer price of 428 million yuan
Jinshi data news on November 11th, Jinzi HT announced that the company held a board meeting on November 11, 2024, and agreed to transfer 12.2807% equity of Yindunyun Company held by the company to Liheng Investment for RMB 428 million. After the completion of this transaction, Jinzi HT will no longer hold shares of Yindunyun Company. The transaction is expected to increase the total profit for the year 2024 by approximately 26.92 million yuan. This transaction is conducive to improving the company's asset Liquidity and utilization efficiency, and will not affect the company's normal production and operation activities.
