BlockBeats news, on February 17, Meteora co-founder Ben Chow responded to the criticism of LIBRA on social media. Ben Chow stated that Meteora and himself have never privately received or managed any Token, nor have they been involved in any off-chain transactions. Ben Chow revealed that he had recommended Hayden Davis from Kelsier Ventures to multiple projects, including the MELANIA project, as a deployer and market maker, based on their good cooperation experience in the M3M3 project. Regarding the LIBRA project, although he learned about the relevant information through Hayden several weeks ago, like other projects, the role of the Meteora team is limited to technical support, without involvement in project operations, nor purchase, receipt, or management of any Token. In addition, Ben Chow emphasized that for confidentiality reasons, the Meteora platform strictly controls information on Token launches, usually only a few engineers can access relevant information in the first few minutes before the launch.
