First, a test transaction worth $1 was sent to the address: 0xBf7fb784C741482cf4801016E967c6e68f10c74b, and about ten minutes later, $1.77 million ETH was transferred from the Sae-Heng confiscated funds address (0x17f) to the 0xBf7 address.
