VanEck has launched a new advertisement focusing on Ethereum products, just 30 minutes after the SEC greenlit the 19b-4 proposal for Ethereum ETF Spot.
The VanEck asset manager quickly celebrated the SEC's approval of the new Ethereum Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) with a 37-second advertisement that attracted viewers with the slogan "Enter the ether".
VanEck posted a promotional video for its product on May 23, about 30 minutes after the SEC Securities and Exchange Commission approved the 19b-4 filings for Ethereum ETF Spot funds, including BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, ARK 21Shares, Invesco Galaxy, and Bitwise.
SEC still needs to give the green light to the S-1 application for Ethereum ETF Spot to start trading, which analysts believe could take several months.
"Can it be fuel for a more open and less centralized economy? What could Ethereum be? It's up to you and me." Depicted in VanEck's ad.
The advertisement has been reposted over 1,300 times on X with nearly 300,000 views at the time of writing.
Online advertising reactions are mostly positive.
VanEck has issued a similar advertisement chain in late September for Ethereum Strategy ETF (with code EFUT) an Ethereum Futures ETF launched on October 2nd.
Currently, other asset managers have received 19b-4 approval and have not yet released advertisements, only Grayscale and Bitwise have announced approval in their posts.
