As this matter is still in the planning stage and there is uncertainty, in order to safeguard the interests of investors, the company's stock will be suspended from trading from November 25, 2024, with an expected suspension period of no more than 10 trading days. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations based on the progress of the transaction and apply for resumption of trading after the matter is confirmed.
