Abstract generation in progress

CoinWorld news, according to the Financial Times, OpenAI is discussing plans to introduce advertising to its artificial intelligence products because the ChatGPT developer is seeking new revenue sources. OpenAI Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar told the Financial Times in an interview that the artificial intelligence startup, with a market value of $150 billion, is considering an advertising model and added that they plan to 'be cautious when and where to implement advertisements'. The San Francisco-based company raised $6.6 billion in new financing in October and, according to several sources and the Financial Times' analysis of LinkedIn accounts, OpenAI is recruiting advertising talent from large tech companies such as Meta and Google. In a statement after the interview, Friar added: 'Our current business is experiencing rapid growth, and we see huge opportunities in our existing business model. Although we are open to exploring other sources of revenue in the future, there are currently no active plans to engage in advertising business.'
