It is reported that the Hanoi police have arrested individuals related to Million Smiles company, which planned an illegal and fraudulent Kripto Parainvestment scheme targeting Vietnamese citizens, promoting its internal Kripto Para QFS (Quantum Financial System), and falsely linking it to ancestral treasures and spiritual claims.
